Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the General manager and Regional Director
  • You will lead a high performing Reliability Engineering team as the Head of Reliability to ensure effective and efficient service contract operation through providing engineering and reliability support to improve overall customer satisfaction and contract performance
  • Manage & maintain high level and effective contracts to drive the profitability of the contract and reliability management resources
  • Provides a required level of technical support in driving resolution through the established Root Cause Analysis methods, including site visits as required
  • Work closely with Global PP team in understanding best practices and workout appropriate plans to roll-out them in local PP contracts
  • Coordinate safety and reliability upgrades with engineering Dept, including raising new drawings requests and initial start off with involved parties. Monitor upgrades development till completion
  • Supports End User / Account Managers in achieving Sales targets by introducing new technology and system upgrades among existing Service contracts
  • Be an interface between onsite personnel and wider JC organization; coordinate with appropriate internal departments to deliver suitable customer outcomes
  • Drive digitization & Lean practices in terms of the company’s initiatives and contract management
  • You will review the performance of the Reliability Engineering team, support personal skills growth with adequate training programs. 
  • Consisting of preparation and direction of regular Customer meetings, including Quarterly / Annual review meetings

Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience & 3 years of Managerial experience
  • Rotating Equipment experience in similar industry or plant will be required
  • Must possess more than 3 years of Advanced technical knowledge and experience in designing/ commissioning/ servicing API pumps or mech. seals in the O&G/Petrochemical environment
  • SAP system experience will be highly sought after
  • Project Management skills, including effective and professional Customer interface handling
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed to meet business demands
