Sales Director - Automotive Aftermarket

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and supervise deployment of marketing plans based on superior knowledge and insight of the market, consumers, competitors, trade, and other external and internal factors that will position the company to achieve a winning edge in the sauce and condiment industry
  • Lead China sales team to realize sales target in China
  • Expand and improve distribution network, establish customer information feedback network from regular customer visits, solve and deal with customer problems
  • Define sales strategy in China, in charge of the implementation
  • Acquire new customers and set up new distribution and channel network cross China
  • In charge of China market survey and conduct market analysis
  • Ensure the gross margin of the products, AR handling

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of related sales & marketing management working experience in auto aftermarket sector
  • Familiar with automotive aftermarket not limited to OEM, 4S GROUP, repairing chain store
  • Good at the customer development and customer relationship maintenance
  • Bachelor degree above, majoring in mechanical ,chemical or automotive
  • Sales & marketing training is a plus
  • Channel build up, distribution management and end users education/training is a plus
  • Customer Relationship Management training is a plus
