Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the food Ingredients business by developing and executing sales/distribution, marketing, services to deliver business results, expand market and customers segment
- Formulate sales/distribution, marketing, services related organizational development strategy
- Direct an effective organization structure covering sales, marketing and service functions to fully utilize and allocate resources and sustain business growth of the department
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of sales experience in related industry with leadership responsibility, in which a minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic sales and planning
- Solid management experience and business acumen to plan, develop and manage business risks
- Knowledge of products, services and processes used in or applied to the food Ingredients and food service sectors is preferred
