Client is an European Anti-virus software company that offers solutions against computer security threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with sales team to customers and partners
  • Consult with external customers to interpret customer requirements while providing product application assistance
  • Provide product demonstrations both in person and through webinar to potential Partner/Distributors/Clients
  • Assist Sales team and partners in closing business through on-site visits
  • Provide technical training for channel partners
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars and other industry events
  • Provide feedback to product development regarding product changes as it relates to customer requirements

Requirements:

  • Someone with hacking experience and experience in cyber security, anti-virus softwares
  • Certification Ethical Hacker (CEH) a plus
  • Someone bilingual in English and Mandarin and able to travel within Asia
  • Good in presenting and demonstrating software products to clients and potential vendors in English and Mandarin
  • Will need to work closely to support the sales team
  • At least 3 years of experience in related field
  • Degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (to work with Chinese vendors and clients)
  • Knowledge in network infrastructure, hosts and applications, troubleshooting, DLP, AV and anti-malware, TCP/IP, computer networking, routing and switching, Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems, backup and recovery solution
  • Able to travel and work well in a team
