Job Description

Responsible for B2B sales for assigned region & Market Planning:

  • Strategize, identify and promote horizontal development of sales channels
  • Manage channel relationships with existing partners
  • Build relationships with new partners & propose new and innovative sales avenues
  • Identify key travel shows in the region and negotiate attending the same to generate business contacts
  • Maintain a stable relation with travel trade peers & partners, prospective partners
  • Report on competitive intelligence and market knowledge
  • Identify and tap new regional sales channels
  • Able to prioritize business channels based on business volume generated
  • Manage and liaise between regional accounts and HQ operations teams on administration matters
  • Understand Destination mix of the assigned region
  • Able to plot destination related resources and and tap on specific market needs
  • Sales visits and reporting


  • Related degree in Business Administration field preferred
  • 4-5 years of work experience in Online Travel Industry or related experience
  • A clear understanding of outbound and local travel trade and economy of the region
  • Familiarity and personal connections in the industry
  • Able to report on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and make recommendations towards sales and workflow processes
