As a Sales Manager you are required to work closely with the marketing team to design and implement strategic business plans to drive sales, achieving KPIs by successfully managing the sales team and hitting sales targets. You are also responsible for the P&L for the team and you are to identify emerging market and market shifts and at the same time aware of competitors' market presence.
- A degree in business or relevant discipline
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales
- Proven experience of consistently meeting or exceeding targets as a sales representative or sales manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a fast pace sales environment would be advantageous
