You’ll report to the Head of Human Resource (P&D) Asia Pacific
Your key tasks will be to
§ manage and implement the delivery of new hires in APAC areas (Taiwan, Japan, Korea) through direct search and liaison with external agencies
§ partner with business leaders to establish and implement a strategy that identifies and recruits targeted talent; work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams’ organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers.
§ build and maintain network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilized, including but not limited to employee referrals, career portals, search firms, job fairs, etc.
§ ensure adherence to global recruitment policies and local regulations (where we operate) governing the employment process.
§ support Head of HR APAC (and Global HRBPs) to drive and deliver the initiatives across Annual HR Wheel for APAC countries.
§ administer a variety of expats processes such as lease agreement, house hunting communication, and maintenance of relations with relocation agents.
Furthermore, you’ll understand and competently explain regulations, policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Your competences include that you
§ have a strong internationally recognisable Human Resource or relevant qualification as well as a solid understanding and relevant experience of the Taiwan labour market
§ can interact effectively with all levels of the organisation both internally and externally; a proven ability in building up effective relationships with different stakeholders from different countries
§ have experience from a comparable global conglomerate business with matrix organization and hands-on human resources experience, work in a medium to high volume, high hiring-bar environment
§ have attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion and customer service
§ desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment. Experience recruiting in a highly competitive and fast paced environment is a plus.
§ preferably to have 8+ years HR experiences with at least 2 different focus areas including recruitment and/or C&B and/or Business Partnering.
§ have knowledge of a wide range of APAC employment law, customs and practices is a plus
§ are fluent in at business level and/or in an Asian language as a plus
Furthermore, you’re highly proficient in computer skills, including SAP or a similar HR system. You’re a proactive team player and a strong communicator with positive thinking, explaining complex matters in a simple way.
