Job Description

Client is a large and well-known security in Singapore


  • Lead the HR function in M&A due diligence and integration exercise
  • Play a critical role to partner with business units in regional countries (Australia, Greater China, Malaysia, Middle East etc.)
  • Provide quality HR service including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent succession planning, employee relations and training and to developing and promoting HR initiatives aligned with the goals of the business
  • Build close partnering relationship with business in order to understand their strategies to identify the HR competencies to support business growth and to position the company for its next phase of development in the region
  • Ensure that HR policies are in compliance to the local country labour legislations and regulations
  • Review and recommend improvement to salary matters, processes and HR-related systems


  • At least 5-7 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience in an MNC organisation with regional exposure
  • Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Marketing or other equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport across all levels
  • Demonstrate leadership abilities and display a partnering mentality
  • Mature team player with ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
  • Willing and able to travel to regional countries
  • Experience working in overseas will be an advantage
