Job Description

Our client is looking for a Service Designer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an extra ordinary innovative & digital space of a global bank and work with unique people who come from all round the world!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be a core member of an interdisciplinary project team.
  • Conceptualise and develop ideas and concepts through the use of models, prototypes and computer design software programmes
  • Develop strategic roadmaps, define requirements, processes and generate business cases to support work stream objectives
  • Engage in doing research and gathering of information on current and upcoming design trends and influences
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative methods of evaluation
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement
  • Maintain a human centred focus to your work

To be considered:

  • Degree in Design, Sociology, Business, or a related field preferred 
  • Experience with service design, design thinking, design research, business design, or customer experience strategy
  • Experience with behavioural analysis
  • Experience working on design projects end to end
  • Experience with making sense of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Experience with negotiation and setting expectations against real world limitations
  • Ability to be inspiring, open minded, hardworking, and thoughtful
  • Innovative mindset
