Responsibilities:

  • To formulate adequate recruitment strategies in line with company’s hiring needs for Direct, Indirect and Exempt (including Managerial) level roles
  • To periodically review and improve recruitment processes/framework from time to time in line with business requirements
  • To deal with foreign workers’ pass issues not limited to application, renewal, issuance and cancellation
  • Partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers for all hiring needs
  • To prepare, update and analyze timely recruitment reports whenever required
  • To organize and participate in selected job fairs and campus career fair whenever required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Social Science/Business Administration etc. Those with engineering studies background are added advantage.
  • At least 4 years of in-depth recruitment experience in aerospace/oil & Gas/Precision Manufacturing industry;
  • Resourceful, good communication and analytical skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision;
