Responsibilities:

  • Design and implementation of talent development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement programs
  • Partner with human resources, company leadership, and employees to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's integrated talent management programs
  • Assist in the identification of solutions to align talent to relevant processes and programs to ensure organizational goals are met
  • Partner with HR business partners, hiring managers and line management leaders to understand staffing needs and source potential candidates using a variety of tools including
  • Supports the creation, coordination and execution of talent development programs, initiatives and projects
  • Monitors, tracks and updates talent development plans and profiles. Ensures leaders take ownership of the talent development process with their employees
  • Develops and implements initiatives that lead to positive impact in employee engagement and morale while aligning with business priorities and goals
  • Ownership of the measurement and feedback mechanisms that capture the pulse of the employee sentiment on an ongoing basis, using various tools, methods and techniques

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR or related discipline or any other relevant professional certifications.
  • Min. 8 years of working experience in HR functions- Talent Management
