Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide and/or obtain legal and regulatory advice and opinions.
- Review and provide legal advice on agreements and contracts
- Assist in providing training to the senior management and to the branch office
- Keep the bank updated for the regulatory developments in the banking industry
- Coordinate with the legal function in the Head Office regarding group level project, policies and procedures
- Liaise with external solicitors
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer
- At least 5 years of experience, preferable with in-house experiences in the banking industry
- Solid experience in handling and managing legal and regulatory matters
- Independent and mature character, good communication skill
- Good command of English and Chinese
