A leading international law firm is looking for an Associate to join the Riyadh office delivering premium work across banking and finance law.
The firm's Middle East practice has grown significantly in recent years and with KSA being the biggest economy in the region, it is a key part of the firm's plans for the future. As part of this growth, they are seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated, and high-quality Banking & Finance Associate to the team.
Responsibilities
Your role will involve working on some of the most complex and significant restructurings in the Kingdom. You will work with various high-profile publicly listed and non-publicly listed clients on debt restructurings, conventional and Islamic finance across all financing areas and asset classes and Shari'ah-compliant structured products, such as derivatives and investment funds.
Working one on one with an industry-renowned Finance Partner, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from the broader Middle Eastern practice, as well as colleagues globally across the UK and Europe.
Requirements
2-4 years’ post-qualification experience with some experience working across banking and finance matters in the Middle East
Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Detail oriented
