Responsibilities

You can expect to be involved in the following;

Become a specialist Banking & Finance Lawyer with a highly-ranked team in the Middle East.

Work on debt restructurings, conventional and Islamic finance across all financing areas and asset classes, and Shari'ah-compliant structured products, such as derivatives and investment funds.

Work on complex and significant restructurings.

Work for various high-profile publicly listed and non-publicly listed clients.

Develop the connections and skills you need to become a trusted lawyer.

Requirements

KSA National

Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)

Legal graduate with co-op or internship experience within a law firm

Passion for banking and finance law
