An opportunity with an international new energy company helping the world reduce carbon emissions who are currently hiring for a corporate finance manager. The role will require experience in valuation, financial modelling, due diligence IPO. Candidates with experience as an analyst or associate in IBD will be considered. Responsibilities

Work closely with the business and develop strong relationships

Responsible for developing & building financial models for business forecasting, assist in the prediction of potential problems and provide solutions

Create and build financial models for different business secenarios to simulate current business decisions or future business decisions

Monitor financial trends, build data repository, benchmark against competitors and market index

Support financial due diligence, KYC, commercial operations, taxation

Support IPO

Requirements

Bachelor degree in either engineering, finance, accountancy, environmental science

Minimum 5 years of in-house experience in valuation, corporate finance, IBD, IPO, financial due diligence

Strong financial modelling skills

Fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin (read & write)

Previous experience in IBD will be beneficial

Exposure to chemicals, green energy, oil & gas, industrial manufacturing beneficial
