Prestigious international law firm seeking a corporate lawyer and associate to join the Riyadh office. There are two positions available within this corporate/M&A team:

NQ to 2 years PQE

4-6 years PQE

Responsibilities

This role will support the head of Corporate for KSA working across market leading transactions for international, private and government entities.

You will have direct partner access, working with a very successful and well-known Corporate Partner who is known for being a straight-talker and excellent mentor.

Requirements

Capital markets or funds experience

International law firm experience

Bilingual: Must be able to read, write, and draft in Arabic and English.
