Responsibilities
Our client is a well known global law firm with a thriving middle-east legal practice. This role will support the Riyadh office with day-to-day management, monthly billing, filtering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and travel. You will be responsible for assisting the Partners and leadership with administrative tasks to ensure they are servicing client’s to the highest standard.
A superstar personal assistant with experience working in the legal industry will be best suited for this position.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience working in a personal assistant or administrative support role within the legal industry
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Can-do attitude
Polite phone manner
Experience with monthly invoicing and calendar management
