Description
We have been mandated by a renowned multinational dual listed insurance group to recruit a seasoned company secretary to join its esteemed team.
Responsibilities
Providing comprehensive support to the Board and Chair including committee meetings
Ensuring compliance with governance, legal and listing obligations
Liaise with regulators across multiple jurisdictions
Supporting on governance initiatives from the group’s vast network of subsidiaries in the region
Providing other general company secretarial support
Managing 1 to 2 junior members in the team
Requirements
Chartered company secretary with at least 8 years of experience
Good understanding of secretarial and governance processes, ideally gained in a listed organisation
Candidates with experiences attained in global institutions will be highly preferred
Ability to communicate with stakeholders from various levels and backgrounds
Strong communication and language skills, fluency in English and Chinese is required
Spoken Mandarin will be a plus but not essential
