How it Works

We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure that we source leading talent, applying the same best practice and professional standards to our search for contractors as we do for permanent hires. If you wish to manage the contractor yourself, we will offer our services for an agreed contingent fee.

We can also offer a full service. There is no up front fee, and the successful candidate will sign a contract with us and we will continue to manage their pay and all administration relating to their employment. Once they have commenced a placement, we maintain regular contact with both the client and the contractor to ensure the relationship is overseen from start to finish.

For individuals, contract positions can offer greater career flexibility, the opportunity to increase short term earnings, and although roles for specialist contractors are not common in Asia there are numerous temporary to permanent opportunities which allow professionals to develop their skills base, industry knowledge and gain exposure to different environments.
