I work as the Country manager and Partner with Aquis Search across Hong Kong, Mumbai & Singapore. I built up and head the quant and technology function of Aquis.

I have over a decade's experience and have successfully placed leadership mandates for investment banks, hedge funds ,high frequency trading firms and Product firms. I have setup pivotal technology teams for leading financial institutions and trading firms across geographies.

I partner extensively with CXOs and senior management, assisting them with the formulation of talent strategies and the recruitment of upper management positions for front office revenue generation and technology functions across APAC. My team of senior consultants also focus on niche technology mandates including emerging technologies in the APAC region.
