Our client , a fastest growing corporate services firm in Hong Kong , is expanding its commercial team and is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across Hong Kong and Mainland China.

This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong exposure to corporate services and professional advisory environments , working with listed companies, multinational groups, and institutional clients.


Responsibilities

  • Market Development - Identify and develop new business opportunities across Hong Kong and Mainland China, with a focus on corporate services including accounting, tax, payroll, company secretarial, and fund administration.

  • Client Acquisition - Execute structured commercial plans to build and manage a portfolio of listed companies and multinational clients, including complex investment, trust, and corporate structures.

  • Relationship Management - Build long-term relationships with institutional clients, law firms, tax advisors, and senior corporate stakeholders.

  • Advisory & Solutions Selling - Provide practical business advisory support on market entry strategies, company formation, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Revenue Growth - Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through disciplined sales execution, cross-selling, and upselling of multiple service lines.

  • Compliance Awareness - Ensure client engagements adhere to relevant local and international regulations, including AML/CFT requirements, corporate governance standards, and listing rules.

  • Brand & Market Presence - Strengthen brand visibility through participation in industry events, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership activities.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate services, financial advisory, or professional services, preferably serving listed companies or multinational clients.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking capabilities with the ability to manage complex, high-value client relationships.

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential.

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, commercially minded, and culturally adaptable.
