Aquis Search is hiring a Construction Associate to join a leading international law firm based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves advising on non-contentious construction matters, including oil and gas projects, regional projects, and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and prepare construction contracts.

Advise on live projects across the GCC.

Contribute to team development and thought leadership through mentoring, legal research, and publications.

Actively engage in business development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in projects, energy, or construction law.

Prior experience at globally recognized international law firms.

Law degree from a recognised university.

Experience drafting and advising on construction contracts—both bespoke and standard-form (e.g. FIDIC)—and preparing all related project documentation.
