We are currently working with a well-established international law firm in Dubai that is looking to hire a mid-level Corporate M&A Lawyer to join its growing corporate practice.

The role would suit a lawyer with strong experience across M&A and general corporate transactions, who is looking to join a high-quality team and work on sophisticated, cross-border matters.

Strong Corporate/M&A experience gained at a recognised law firm

Experience running and supporting M&A transactions from start to finish

Excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Strong commercial awareness and client management ability

Experience working on cross-border transactions would be advantageous

Common law qualification preferred
