We are currently working with a well-established international law firm in Hong Kong that is looking to hire a mid-level Funds Lawyer to join its growing Funds practice. The role would suit a lawyer with strong experience across funds structuring and regulatory compliance, who is looking to join a high-quality team and work on sophisticated, cross-border matters.

Skills Required:

Hong Kong qualified (desirable), between 2-6 PQE with proven experience in fund structuring and regulatory compliance

Excellent academics and professional qualifications

Chinese language (written and spoken) capability is desirable

Enthusiastic with good communication, writing, and analytical skills

Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively

Good housekeeping/file management practices; managing and recording time promptly and accurately

Resilient with the ability to handle pressure

Cooperative, collaborative, and able to develop excellent working relationships

Operates professionally and proactively
