A new opportunity with an international European chemicals company that is privately owned and is a leading supplier to the oil & gas, manufacturing, steel & mining and construction industry. They are building their presence in Asia and are hiring a HR manager in Hong Kong. Due to the startup nature of the office they are looking for a motivated, entrepreneur HR manager to join.

Responsibilities

Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new hires

Assist with the Regional Head of HR on the HR strategy and HR framework for the region

Provide analytical support for the regional hiring strategies

Setup the regional campus recruitment programmer

Assist in the design and contents of the employee handbook

Develop an employee training programme

Work with senior management and Board members on the HR strategy and present monthly updates

Identify and build a HR system

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

5+ years' experience in Human Resources

Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees

Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

Attention to detail and good judgement

Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
