Description

A renowned multinational asset manager is seeking a lawyer on a short-term assignment, supporting domestic and regional real estate transactions and funds matters.

Responsibilities

Reviewing, drafting, and commenting on NDAs, MOUs, and other general commercial agreements

Managing and advising on investment structures, facilitating capitalization, fund flows, and asset management arrangements

Managing and finalizing transaction legal documentation and execution in conjunction with external lawyers and other relevant advisors

Ensuring ongoing compliance in relation to post-acquisition transactions

Supporting new product and investment initiatives across the region

Requirements

3-5 PQE lawyers who were trained at international law firms

Working understanding of private M&A and investment deals

Strong communication skills to regularly interact with non-legal stakeholders in and outside of HK

Fantastic learning attitude and ability to adapt to new environments quickly

Some in-house experience will be good to have but not ideal, welcome those with only private practice experiences

Fluency in Chinese, both written and spoken, is required
