Description

We are supporting a domestic household listed developer to recruit a real estate lawyer to join its legal department. The ideal candidate is expected to serve as the subject matters expert on every aspects of real estate and property management matters.

Responsibilities

Oversee every aspects of real estate matters including consent/non-consent scheme, commercial and  residential development projects

Advising real estate focused M&A and financing transactions whilst managing relationships with external advisors

Supporting on marketing related initiatives including compliance in first hand sales ordinance

Managing contentious/dispute matters arise from these projects

Working closely with non-legal stakeholders from time to time supporting on other relevant assignments

Requirements

HK admitted attorney with 8+ years of experience gained from reputable real estate/conveyancing practices in private practice

Those with experiences attained in another property developer would be advantageous though no essential

Ability to work independently and directly with stakeholders from various departments

Fluency in English and Chinese (including written and spoken) is required
