Description

We are working with a well-established multinational professional services firm on a Legal Counsel position to support their regional operations from Hong Kong. This role is ideal for an early-career lawyer seeking broad exposure to commercial contracts, cross-border projects, and regional advisory work in a collaborative, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including project-related, supply, and joint venture contracts

• Prepare and manage NDAs for bids, tenders, and strategic collaborations

• Provide practical legal support on risk management, compliance, and dispute matters

• Advise business teams across Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Korea

• Collaborate with regional and global legal teams to ensure consistency in legal practices

• Manage contract lifecycles, amendments, renewals, and documentation

Key Requirements:

• Common law qualified (preferred)

• 0–5 years PQE, with in-house experience strongly preferred

• Background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation

• Familiarity with NDAs and general compliance or dispute issues

• Comfortable working in a regional, fast-moving business environment
