Our client is a subsidiary of an American Company and is a leading global analytics company with a revenue target of $500 million by 2026, specializing in risk assessment, market intelligence, research, and benchmarking services.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, negotiate, execute, and implement various contracts such as RFP’s, NDA’s, Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Licensing Agreements, and IPR-related documents.

Assist in establishing and implementing contractual processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Provide litigation support and handle real estate matters.

Offer legal advice on employment matters, Intellectual Property Rights, and Data Protection.

Develop guidance notes, work instructions, and checklists for consistent contract management across regions.

Provide support on complex legal arrangements related to regulatory matters.

Collaborate closely with external legal counsel as needed.

Requirements

Require 12 to 15 years of post-qualification experience.

Familiarity with SEBI Regulations and experience managing the SEBI regulator.

Previous experience in banking, financial services, or ratings businesses is preferred.

Candidates from other ratings businesses or law firms with experience in securities markets, banking, financial services, and ratings are desirable.
