A leading proprietary trading firm is expanding its crypto desk and is seeking a Business Development Manager to help scale partnerships, liquidity relationships, and market opportunities globally.
This role would suit a crypto trader or professional with a strong grasp of digital assets, trading infrastructure, and market structure who wants to transition into a front-facing commercial role.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with exchanges, market makers, and counterparties.
Identify new trading and liquidity opportunities across CeFi and DeFi ecosystems.
Collaborate with trading, strategy, and tech teams to drive business growth.
Represent the firm in key crypto and Web3 ecosystems across Asia and beyond.
Requirements
Deep understanding of crypto markets, products, and trading dynamics.
Prior experience as a crypto trader, quant, or BD professional in trading or exchange environments.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and deal-making skills.
