Description
This is a leadership role with full P&L responsibility for a flagship experience centre of one of India’s fastest-growing interior design brands. The Center Head will drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer engagement, acting as a key figure in the brand’s Mumbai operations.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Mumbai Experience Centre
Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies aligned with business growth
Manage all verticals: Sales, Design, Operations, and Delivery
Uphold and enhance customer experience as a key brand differentiator
Recruit, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams
Collaborate with senior leadership on planning and innovation
Monitor financial performance and drive profitability
Requirements
15+ years in D2C Sales, Business Development, preferably in consumer lifestyle, design, or interiors
Strong experience in managing P&L, team scaling, and growth metrics
High business acumen with execution focus
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach and leadership ability
