Description
This role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts while supporting general in-house legal matters. The position suits a commercially minded lawyer comfortable balancing legal analysis with practical business advice.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements

• Advise business stakeholders on contractual risks and mitigation strategies

• Develop and improve internal legal policies and procedures

• Support general corporate, employment, and privacy-related matters

• Provide pragmatic legal guidance in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) from a recognised law school

• 5-7 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house role (financial services preferred)

• Strong commercial contracting experience

• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High attention to detail and organisational skills
