Digital Experience Lead will drive technology strategy, technology stack selection, implementation, and R&D of marketing technology. This role will engage, collaborate, and partner with various functional leaders, technical leaders and executive stakeholders to understand long- and short-term business and digital strategies, provide thought leadership and engage in proactive planning of an executable roadmap. In addition, this role will partner closely with the Application leaders and Enterprise Architecture leaders to help create target state architecture and define software development guiding principles. This position will play key role in delivering insights-driven marketing and communications experience through 360 degrees understanding of our customers using data and machine learning.


Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, marketing, and digital teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent digital experiences and campaigns.

Develop and streamline processes and technologies spanning marketing cloud platforms, campaign management, customer data analytics, content management, and marketing operations for enhanced efficiency.

Partner with technology teams to conceptualize and implement new capabilities in content management, personalization, analytics, data management, and user journey mapping.

Establish and oversee governance controls across digital platforms to ensure uniformity in the digital capabilities usage and customer experience across business functions and regional markets.

Enable marketing and digital teams to scale their delivery while maintaining control over content curation, asset creation, and workflow management through effective utilization of digital platforms.


Over 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing or technology, showcasing extensive industry knowledge.

Proven success in delivering top-tier digital experiences within both B2B and/or B2C environments, employing modern techniques and technical solutions.

Demonstrated ability to implement and manage enterprise-level digital platforms for large-scale, international organizations.

Proficiency across various enterprise digital experience platforms like Adobe, Pardot, and Salesforce, encompassing content management, analytics, targeting, personalization, and digital advertising operations.

In-depth technical expertise and process-oriented understanding of current digital marketing capabilities, including content management systems, web analytics, personalization, user journey mapping, web services, data warehousing, etc.

Work Environment: Hybrid setup (3 days in/ 2 days out) with flexibility in timings.
