Description
A leading startup is redefining contact centers by combining AI with human expertise to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency. As an Enterprise Accounts Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end sales for a named list of enterprise accounts in India, focusing on building long-term relationships, driving revenue, and delivering strategic value through AI solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise accounts—from prospecting to closure
Drive seven- to eight-figure deals through new sales, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Deliver impactful product demos and presentations tailored to enterprise customer needs
Build deep, consultative relationships with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers
Negotiate and close high-value contracts aligned to customer goals
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure strong handovers and drive retention
Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasts using HubSpot
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and influence product roadmap
Requirements
4–7 years of enterprise sales experience in India with a strong track record of quota achievement
Experience closing high-value deals (7–8 figures); SaaS or AI background preferred
Strong consultative/value-based selling abilities and understanding of enterprise ROI models
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Domain experience in BFSI, edtech, or consumer brands is a plus
Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
