Description
The Finance Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The role partners closely with leadership to support financial decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial controlling, reporting, and accounting operations

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Oversee cash flow and working capital management

• Monitor financial performance, costs, and profitability

• Manage statutory and internal audits

• Develop and maintain internal controls and risk mitigation processes

• Lead and develop a finance team

• Support cross-functional financial initiatives

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and taxation

• Experience with internal controls and risk management

• ERP experience (SAP preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
