Our client is a consumer tech brand redefining land ownership by leveraging technology to make it more accessible, flexible, and secure. The organization is seeking a Head of HR to drive its people strategy during a phase of transformation and rapid growth. This is a highly entrepreneurial role, working closely with the C-suite to enable business evolution through strong people, culture, and leadership practices.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute the overall people strategy aligned with the organization’s growth and transformation agenda
Partner closely with the C-suite and senior leadership to advise on organizational design, talent, culture, and change initiatives
Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and HR operations
Lead and develop a 9-member HR team, fostering a high-performance and business-oriented HR function
Support workforce planning and scaling for an organization of ~600 employees
Drive HR initiatives that support business agility, leadership development, and cultural integration
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters
Requirements
Senior HR leadership experience in fast-growing or transformation-led organizations
Strong business partnering skills with prior exposure to working closely with C-suite stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on involvement across HR and business priorities
Proven experience leading and developing HR teams at scale
Background in consumer, tech, or growth-driven environments preferred
