Responsibilities

Lead the overall HR strategy and operations for the organization

Partner with leadership to drive organizational growth and people development

Oversee recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and HR compliance

Strengthen HR practices with a focus on Sales HR and field force management

Requirements

15–20 years of HR experience

Experience in consumer-facing industries preferred

Strong expertise in Sales HR is highly desirable
