Premier Wealth Management Group is seeking a qualified Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution to oversee all legal matters related to litigation and dispute resolution within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and protecting the company's interests.

Responsibilities

Litigation Strategy and Management: Develop and implement effective strategies for handling litigation, collaborating with internal teams and external counsel, and overseeing the entire process.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential legal risks, provide proactive advice to senior management, and develop policies to minimize exposure to legal challenges.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on financial regulations, ensuring the company's adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research, provide opinions, and interpret laws affecting the financial services industry.

Dispute Resolution: Explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, negotiate settlements, and agreements with opposing parties when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications: Qualified lawyer with 12-15 years of experience in commercial litigation and Exchange-related arbitrations, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.

Experience: Preferably from a financial services or regulations background, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying and addressing legal risks.

Functional Competencies: Strong legal analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
