As a senior member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s trading technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring seamless execution of technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create a comprehensive plan that addresses business requirements and technical constraints.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into workable solutions.

Select appropriate technologies and platforms to cater to the business requirements.

Existing and future systems should be constantly optimized to handle high loads, maintain data integrity, and protect against security threats.

Provide technical guidance to development teams.

Qualifications:-

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in technology leadership roles.

Skills:

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good understanding of trading technologies, trading systems, execution and arbitrage algorithms, and market data platforms.

Ability to inspire and lead a technology team.

Knowledge of architectural patterns and proficiency in various technologies.
