Our client is a consumer tech brand redefining land ownership by making it accessible, flexible, and secure through technology. The organization is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to design, lead, and scale end-to-end learning initiatives. This role will play a key part in building employee capability, strengthening leadership effectiveness, and fostering a culture of continuous learning in a fast-growing environment.


Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and scale end-to-end learning and development programs across the organization

  • Partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into impactful learning solutions

  • Build and deliver business-focused and sales capability programs aligned with organizational goals

  • Create and curate learning content with a strong hands-on approach

  • Support leadership development and performance enhancement initiatives

  • Drive a continuous learning culture within an evolving, early-stage L&D setup

  • Track effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve outcomes


Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development

  • Strong exposure to sales capability and business-aligned L&D programs

  • Excellent conceptual thinking with hands-on experience in content design

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and build-from-scratch L&D environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
