Description
This senior HRBP role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle initiatives. The position plays a critical role in aligning HR practices with business goals in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to deliver people strategy and organisational change
Lead employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exits
Advise managers on performance management and employee relations
Support restructuring, compliance, and employment law matters
Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual salary review cycles
Support global mobility and expatriate processes
Manage HR systems, data integrity, and reporting
Coordinate training and regulatory compliance initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience in financial or professional services
Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR best practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience operating in a strategic HR business partner role
Sound udgment and decision-making capability
