Description
This senior HRBP role partners closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle initiatives. The position plays a critical role in aligning HR practices with business goals in a regulated environment.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to deliver people strategy and organisational change

  • Lead employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, development, and exits

  • Advise managers on performance management and employee relations

  • Support restructuring, compliance, and employment law matters

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual salary review cycles

  • Support global mobility and expatriate processes

  • Manage HR systems, data integrity, and reporting

  • Coordinate training and regulatory compliance initiatives


Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience in financial or professional services

  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR best practices

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience operating in a strategic HR business partner role

  • Sound udgment and decision-making capability
